Monday December 14th

Breakfast - oatmeal and fruit salad with banana, strawberries, kiwi and pineapple
Lunch - leftover pasta, white bean spread on whole wheat toast
Dinner - leftover tomato soup, salad with romaine, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, carrots, cranberries, sunflower seeds, low-fat green goddess dressing
