Used frozen dough for the crust (will not do this again). Drained diced tomato, "pepperoni" slices, red pepper rings,jalapeno rings, red onion rings, spinach layer, and then sauteed shitake mushrooms. Then used one of M's sauces with modifications that have been noted. Turned out fabulous!
Over the weekend, also made barbecued seitan strips - tasty and easy!
