French Bread Pizza

Recipe from Joann Stepaniak's "The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook" topped with Vegan Parmesan Cheese 
Served with a salad and sauteed mushrooms. Nice, easy dinner....

Vegan Pizza...

Another marvelous pizza with Paul - sauteed mushrooms, Tofurkey sausage, roma tomatoes, basil, lentils with Joann S's melty white sauce, dough from local Slice Pizzaria. Amazing!

Costa Rica and back....

My sister Wendy and Rudy were married. It was a great trip and a beautiful wedding. Lesson learned - I should have anticipated the challenges of vegan meal options :)

First Vegan Pizza of 2012

Tomatoes, Tofurkey sausage, tomato paste, basil leaves, and Paul's water sauteed mushrooms with J. Stepaniak's Melty White Cheez sauce. Wonderful!
Am looking forward to Mark Sutton's Heart Healthy Pizza book being published so I can use it to explore more recipes for sauces.
